Carolyn is the best - She is Kind, supportive and understanding - but most importantly, she sells houses. We have bought and sold two houses through Carolyn and in each transaction, her professionalism and her integrity were clear - She represented us in the most recent sale of a very large home on the water in Milford. And four years ago, she served as our buyer's agent when we purchased an investment property. The two transactions were at both ends of the spectrum in terms of price. But, Carolyn worked as hard for us on our initial investment property purchase as she did for the large home sale. Carolyn is committed to providing the BEST service possible regardless of the price of the home - she is equally supportive of sellers and purchasers of affordable homes as she is of purchasers and sellers of large expensive properties. We feel very fortunate to have found Carolyn and would not consider contracting with any other realtor in the Milford area.
